Hi Friends! Thank you for checking us out.

We are a small boutique photo lab & studio located in Historic Summerville, a few minutes from the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina.

We value photographs and the joy they bring to people. We believe that tangible prints matter. We believe that analog photography is beautiful. We love that it allows us to slow down and celebrate the beauty in front of us. We believe that analog photography gives us purpose and force us to be more intentional in our picture making process.

We offer amazing film processing and scanning services with fast turnaround times, at reasonable prices. We hand process black and white film and are able to print from a negative or aka make silver gelatin prints.

Our lab also offer fine art printing, gallery wrapped canvas and matting and framing services. We also help busy photographers with post processing and photo retouching.

We also have a 300 sq ft, all natural light, studio space available for rent. Please email us for more information: hello@vbphotolab.com

We believe that we are all citizens of the world and we have the responsibility AND obligation to help those who are in need.  Everyday, we are grateful for everything that we have, understanding that others are not as fortunate as we may be. In an effort to give back, we pledge to partner with the Hope Center for Children and Water Mission International and assist them on a regular basis with financial donation we are able to afford.

Hope Center for Children is a children shelter focused on building stable, healthy families and providing children a safe place from abuse and neglect.  Hope Center for Children was formed when two strong organizations, the Ellen Hines Smith Girls' Home and the Children Shelter of the Upstate, combined forces to provide a broader array of services to meet the needs of children and families in our community.

Water Mission is a non-profit Christian engineering organization that designs, builds and implements safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) solutions for people in developing countries and disaster areas. Since 2001, Water Mission has used innovative technology and engineering expertise to provide access to safe water for more than 3 million people in 52 countries. Water Mission has 250 staff members working around the world in permanent country programs located in Africa, Asia, North, South and Central America and the Caribbean.

By placing an order with VB Photo Lab, you’re placing hope in the hands of a child who desperately needs it.
